Improve your services with Orthopedic Surgery Training at our Nationwide Facilities
What are Orthopedic Training events?
Our Med Ed Labs orthopedic training events follow our training for our various other specialties. These sessions are packed with new and innovative products and procedures for surgical procedures we hold across the nation at our various Med Ed facilities. The goal is to keep orthopedic surgeons at the forefront of the constantly evolving world of orthopedic surgery. Techniques and joint replacement prostheses are continually evolving, more so than many areas of medicine, so keeping up to date is critical for orthopedic surgeons. This is even more the case as the baby boom population has entered retirement and is suffering the effects of osteoarthritis from a lifetime of being on the go.
These events can be tailored around specific areas, such as focusing on the knees and hips. Or they can be more wide ranging. We adapt the training to the specific needs of every group we host.
What should I expect at an Orthopedic Training session?
Our medical training facilities come equipped with the latest technology. For orthopedic training, that includes any new joint replacement options or arthroscopic surgical options you want your group to learn about. Our training sessions allow participants to stay current with the rapidly changing world of orthopedic surgery. We provide everything you need, from cadaver specimens to all the surgical equipment needed for your session.
You can expect these sessions to provide you with the latest information you’ll need for your orthopedic patients in your clinical setting. With orthopedic training, we make it a point to make sure all of the latest artificial joint options are available, enabling participants to get the firsthand experience necessary to offer these to their patients back home.
Beyond your training sessions, we take care of all of the details for your group. This includes food, transportation, all the necessary equipment, and activities and events outside training.
What are the benefits of continual Orthopedic Training?
Orthopedic Surgery is constantly evolving with new and innovative techniques and procedures. Continuing orthopedic surgery training is essential to stay up to date and in touch with the latest surgical procedures. Our training helps surgeons to continue to be an excellent health care provider for their patients.

How long is an Orthopedic Training session?
These run anywhere from 2 to 6 hours, depending upon what your group wants included in its session.
Are there alternative methods used besides hands-on training?
There is no substitute for hands-on training for orthopedic surgery. While some areas of diagnostic medicine can benefit from online training, that’s not true for orthopedic surgery. Working with a cadaver provides the real environment faced in surgery, and that cannot be duplicated online or in a classroom setting. That’s why our Med Ed Labs facilities replicate the entire surgical experience. We think that’s the only way to keep orthopedic surgeons abreast of the latest developments in the field, from minimally invasive methods to the newest prosthetics.
How often are Orthopedic Training events held?
We host these events as often as needed to suit the needs of our clients. At times, we host weekly events at different locations. We can schedule as many events as needed to provide for the needs of our clients. As with each individual session, we adapt all of our training to the group.
Where are your Training Sessions held?
We host these events at our facilities all across the country.
